WHAT IS EFT?
- EFT is a form of energy healing. EFT combines tapping on acupressure points while repeating specific phrases releasing stress and emotional traumas.
- The technique integrates ancient wisdom and the science of acupuncture with modern day psychology without the need for needles.
- It was founded renowned neuro linguistic programming master, Gary Craig. He developed this technique on the basis of work done by Dr. Roger Callahan a clinical psychologist.
- The Art and science of EFT is based on two parameters working hand in hand.
- Positive Affirmations.
- Stimulation of acupressure points.
HOW DOES EFT WORK?
- EFT finds its origin in ancient system of acupuncture, the science which works on energy meridians,
- The wellbeing of mind and body is governed by a set of energy meridians; any disturbances in these meridians can cause disease.
- Health and wellbeing can be restored by stimulating certain points along these meridians.
- In EFT stimulation of points is done by gently tapping on them. The technique makes use of affirmative and positive statements aimed to address a specific issue.
- The statements play a key role. These positive statements in EFT are designed in a different way. They look at a situation just the way it is, thereby encouraging a person to accept a problem or situation as it currently stands, and then to move towards resolving it.
- . EFT is found to work faster and give quicker results compared to only affirmations because of its unique way of combining affirmations with tapping on acupressure points in the body.
WHAT IS THE SCOPE OF EFT IN EMOTIONAL PROBLEMS?
- It is now being accepted and proved that our emotions cause a cascade of chemical and physiological changes in our body. A constant and prolonged exposure to the consequences of negative emotions damages the cell receptors on the cells of our body. This eventually can lead to diseases.
- Negative emotions cause a disruption of the body’s energy system. By tapping on the acupuncture points and saying phrases out loud EFT re-wires the energy system creating a feeling of peace, calm and letting go.
- After EFT people experience a shift in thinking that is more empowering.

- Though the name says emotional freedom technique, we are all aware that more the emotional and the thought patterns determine our physical wellbeing, Hence EFT is equally effective in physical problems.
- On the physical level EFT has shown wonderful results with problems of Addictions, Food Cravings, Obesity, Allergies, Hypertension, Neuralgias, Spondylosis, Chronic fatigue syndrome, Migraine, Arthritis, Tumours, Cancers, Pain management etc.

- 3 sessions of one hour each every once a week are good to get you well versed with EFT.
- We follow it up with one session per week to make sure that you are doing it right and to help you with formulating affirmations till u can do it on your own.
- If your issue demands more than 3 sessions we will work together as per the requirement of the case.
- Complete lifetime support is provided to the client to address any new issues, to help formulate correct affirmations etc.
